Printfetti is run by DPS Ltd. 15 Cranleigh Court, Cove, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 0HE, England. who are committed to offering the highest level of service and customer satisfaction as possible. Please read our terms and conditions, and returns policy before placing an order. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, all payments must be made at point of order.
By placing an order with DPS Ltd., you are accepting our terms and conditions and returns policy.
You agree that e-mail will be used as the standard means of communication, however we may call you if there is a query or problem with your orderDPS Ltd. does not store any credit card information, nor will we pass any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.
DPS Ltd. use PayPal for online credit and debit clearing. Please note that you do not require a Paypal account to order from us.
You undertake that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
The website cannot stop you from including unacceptable artwork or text in your order. DPS Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you and to edit/omit artwork/text or to contact you for alternative artwork/text as it deems appropriate if any artwork/text appears to DPS Ltd. to be offensive or unacceptable or detrimental to DPS Ltd's reputation or that of its business partners.
PricesPrices on the website should be correct at all times, but please note that we have to right to refuse/refund/cancel any orders due to Errors and Ommissions on the website.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the highest resolution quality of photos are supplied, and that the crop position for your Printfetti is correct. As each order is custom made for you, we cannot offer a refund unless a) the product does not match your photo crop (with in reason) b) the product is physically faulty (we ask you to return faulty products to us before we can issue a refund).
DPS Ltd. attempts to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is true and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free. DPS Ltd. does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses, trojans, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties.
DPS Ltd. does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
DPS Ltd. will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
DPS Ltd. makes no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products or services available on this website.
DPS Ltd. does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from the website.
DPS Ltd. will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.

Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
DPS Ltd. aims to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of confirmation that your order has been accepted. DPS Ltd. reserves the right to delay orders during busy periods.
Delivery and packaging charges are currently free for orders destined for the United Kingdom. Charges to other countries are clearly stated during the checkout process.
If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be paid by you. DPS Ltd. may supply a Customs Label containing a brief descrption, and a valuation of the parcel's contents.
DPS Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for a delay or damage to your goods whilst in transit. However, we are committed to helping customers resolve any such problems as quickly as possible.
